My name is Genesis. I like to learn new things and to share what I learn with others. I have played sports like volleyball, softball, tennis, hockey and basketball but my favorite has been soccer. My family plays soccer too and I think it's a lot of fun. I also run cross country and track. I am not very good at any of the sports but I like to keep active.
I also like to read. My favorite book series is "The Clique" novels. I like them because they are filled with middle school drama that I think is interesting and fun to read. During 6th grade I read over 900 books and I liked them all too. Out of those books I have never read the Twilight books because they did not catch my attention.
As a student I like to work hard because I know I am not so smart. I've been working hard to do my best on everything I do. It can get frustrating because my best is sometimes not enough but it always feels good to know that I did do my best and I did not quit half way through.
I like to have a good student teacher relationship and keep teachers happy by doing my work. Even though I need help on many things I hope to learn quick.
